About the Role

To construct, maintain and repair overhead and underground distribution lines and equipment at Kerema and surrounding sites in accordance with PPL requirements.

Qualifications Required

  • Lines Tradesman Certificate.Live Line Training Certificate.HV/LV Operating License.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience working on electrical lines and distribution sites.Apply wiring rules and procedures applicable to the power industry.Perform pole-top rescue and work safely at heights.Use line equipment, carry out cable joining and arc welding at height.Hold a PNG Class 6 driving licence.

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package is on offer and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification by this role.
