TWL is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our operational support team at our Supply Base. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate real-time inventory and operational information with a strong focus on Warehouse Management System (WMS) data.

Key responsibilities include

  • Maintaining product master data,
  • Updating inbound and outbound cargo milestones,
  • Processing inventory and dispatch documentation,
  • Reconciling discrepancies, maintaining digital records,
  • Supporting accurate operational reporting.
  • Applicants should have 2 to 3 years of data entry experience within logistics, warehousing, supply base operations or freight forwarding, together with strong computer literacy and Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with a logistics ERP/WMS environment is essential, while previous experience in heavy industry, mining, or oil and gas supply base operations will be an advantage.
