We are seeking a qualified and reliable IT Officer to support our IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and user support needs.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, software applications, and security protocols
- Proficiency in MS Office and IT management tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure upgrades and projects
- Ability to manage user accounts, access rights, and backups
